DETAIL ITINERARY
DAY 1: JOURNEY FROM SIEM REAP TO BATTAMBANG STOP AND VISIT BANTEAY CHHAMR TEMPLE
Morning: 8am after your breakfast, our friendly and experiences English speaking driver will be picked you up from your hotel or apartment in Siem Reap then journey direct to the massive temple of Banteay Chhmar that was constructed during the reign of Jayavarman VII in the late 12th or early 13th century. The Temple along with its satellite shrines and reservoir (baray), comprises one of the most important and least understood archaeological complexes from Cambodia’s Angkor period, then continue to see the diminutive temples around the complex.
Afternoon: Relax for lunch then journey to the city that situated on the Sangkae River, a small body of water that winds its way through Battambang Province. As with much of Cambodia, French Colonial architecture is a notable aspect of the city, with some of the best-preserved.
After arrived at Battambang we Continue to Phnom Sampeau, there was a Khmer Rouge front line. In the mountain there is a so-called Killing Cave, in which the Khmer Rouge murdered critics of the regime. Explore the Bat Cave, witness wrinkle-leap bats flying out from the cave.
Evening: Recommend Phare, The Cambodian Circus, (Ticket is your own payment) back to your hotel, overnight in Battambang.

DAY 2: EXPLORE BATTAMBANG CITY RETURN TO SIEM REAP
Morning: After Breakfast, we start our tour to explore Battambang visit to the most tourist attraction sites, first we see Wat Ek Phnom. It is a Hindu temple built in the 11th century ancient temple fronted by a contemporary pagoda that also features a giant Buddha statue. Here is a very popular picnic and pilgrimage destination for Khmers, especially on local holidays, and especially for women trying to conceive.
Next, continue to see how local families still make their living today. You’ll learn how the families make Rice Paper (for making the spring roll), Prahoc (typical Cambodian fish paste), Rice Wine or white wine (traditionally consumed Battambang), and Krolan Cake (sticky rice cooked with bamboo), and other Cambodian treats.
Afternoon: return to the city for your lunch and short relax, then visit the Wooden Ancient House aged over 100 years (built in 1920).
Next, continue to Wat Banan temple, a beautiful and serene Angkorian temple on a hilltop with great views. (Optional if we have enough time)
Ride the Bamboo Train, start from the station lead the train through colonial bridges, stunning rural countryside and at some points, lush jungle greenery. Where the train stops, the surrounding shops and huts offer visitors the opportunity to purchase refreshments and souvenirs.
