CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the tour experience for a 90% refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour experience’s start time, all the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes or amendment made less than 24 hours before the tour experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Operation of times are based on the tour experience’s local time.
If you canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a 90% refund.
