PAYMENT GATEWAY
- Local currency (Reils) are highly recommend and follow up the global exchange rate
- US dollars & Euro Notes are accepted
- US dollar and Khmer Riels are available at any ATM margin around Cambodia
- US dollars Note will not be accepted if it Torn or Damaged Money
- Old USD notes before 2006 are not accepted in Cambodia
- For payment online by Credit Cards will be 10% extra charge
CANCELLATION POLICY
- You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the tour experience for a 90% refund.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour experience’s start time, all the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes or amendment made less than 24 hours before the tour experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Operation of times are based on the tour experience’s local time.
- If you canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a 90% refund.

We ride from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh, Mr. Malin our driver was super efficient and lovely, he was punctual, the drive was smooth (and rather luxurious!). We stopped a couple of times for photoes shooting and coffee (which we felt was perfect for us) and he picked good locations. Will definitely use this service again.

We were collected ahead of time by Mr. Vichhai our driver & had a lovely chat to him at the beginning of our trip then later we felt comfortable enough to get some sleep. We had a short stop part way to use the bathroom & arrived in Phnom Penh about 3pm. For us it was worth spending a little extra for the comfort & ease. Definitely recommend and thank your!
